Our client is an international name in hotels located in the beautiful tropical region of Cairns is in need of a passionate Executive Sous Chef to begin work in their Hotel immediately.

You will be part of a new team taking a refurbished restaurant to great heights.

To be considered for this position you must have experience passionately delivering the highest quality in a la carte and buffet. You must be a trade qualified chef that has previous experience in minimum 4* resort or hotel environment.
